Relaxing stay in Tuscany
Il giro d'Italia è passato da Sinalunga, su per la nostra famosissima "ritta" in direzione di Trequanda e Val d'orcia, percorrendo l'eroica.
Villa La Pineta di Sinalunga, può ospitare fino a 14 persone, è perfetta per famiglie o gruppi di amici.
Dependance per 2 o 4 persone, condivide il giardino con la villa, ma mantiene la sua privacy avendo un barbecue davanti a casa, ed un ingresso indipendente.
Per rinfrescarsi durante l'estate abbiamo pensato a questa piscina di 5 metri, utilizzabile anche dai bambini (sotto supervisione di un adulto). E' presente anche una doccia solare esterna, in modo da rinfrescarsi o lavarsi all'esterno nelle giornate più calde.

Villa La Pineta is located in Sinalunga, in the province of Siena. It is the perfect destination for a food and wine trip in Tuscany. We are in the heart of Valdichiana, an area renowned for the Chianina breed!

Villa La Pineta enjoys an excellent location, since from Sinalunga it is possible to visit all the most beautiful cities and villages. In just 30 minutes it is possible to reach Arezzo, Siena, Montepulciano, Cortona, Pienza, Lake Trasimeno, Castiglion Fiorentino,
Montalcino, Cetona, Castiglione del Lago, Passignano sul Trasimeno. It is about 1 hour from Perugia and Florence.
It is possible to relax at the Terme Antica Querciolaia, San Giovanni Terme Rapolano, Terme di San Filippo and many others.

Villa La Pineta is located in the center of the village, so you will find all the services nearby, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, bakeries, bars, wine shops, butchers, and fashion shops, all less than 5 minutes walk away.
Sinalunga station is 350 meters from the Villa, despite this, Villa La Pineta can boast of being very quiet, thanks also to the large park that surrounds it.
About 10 minutes by car you can visit the Valdichiana Outlet Village, numerous brand shops, with small prices.
